Booking and deposit. How can I book my stay? Do I have to pay a deposit? If I cancel my booking, do I lose the deposit?
  • To request a quote or book your holiday at Hotel Commodore, you can: send us an email at  info@hotelcommodorericcione.it, call us on +39 0541 647326 or on +39 393 9718132 (also WhatsApp). We will always send you the best offer!
  • Upon confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required within 7 days to secure the booking. Payment can be made by postal money order, bank transfer or credit card (by providing us with the card number and expiry date).
  • Cancellation policy?
    Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded.
    Up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit amount will be retained, with the possibility of using it for future stays of at least the same value as the previous stay.
    After that, the deposit will not be refunded.
    In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the full room rate will be charged for all remaining days.
Sea-view rooms. Can I have a room with a sea view?

Hotel Commodore has three main room types, distinguished by the room’s position: Standard – an economy room without a balcony or sea view, but equipped with all comforts; Superior – a room with a small sea-view balcony located on the side of the hotel; Deluxe – double, triple or quadruple rooms with a balcony directly facing the sea. On the top floor, you will find the Sky Rooms, the hotel’s most beautiful rooms, with a sun terrace and a steam bath in the shower box. Some are directly facing the sea, while others have a sea view.

Parking. Where can I leave my car during my stay?

As we are in an exclusive location and do not have our own private car park, we provide guests with garages, reserved parking spaces and parking passes for blue-line spaces (from mid-April to mid-September), all subject to a fee. You can book your parking space in advance or decide at check-in.

Children. What services are available for children?

At Hotel Commodore, children are very important guests, and we dedicate many services to them, from the room to the restaurant: camping cots, safety rails, baby baths and high chairs. For baby food, there is a small kitchen available for independent use inside the baby room on the ground floor. You will have a microwave to heat milk, hotplates for baby food and, every day, vegetable purée, vegetable broth and cheeses.

Children’s entertainment. Is there entertainment for children at Hotel Commodore?

Fun for children is guaranteed here! Our entertainer organises lots of special activities every day during mealtimes, in the hotel’s children’s room, to entertain all children. And the fun continues at Playa del Sol, the partner beach of Hotel Commodore, which organises workshops, baby dance, face painting and many other activities every day.

Pool and beach. Can guests use a swimming pool? Which beach are you partnered with?
  • Hotel Commodore does not have a swimming pool on the premises. Playa del Sol and La Spiaggia del Cuore, the beaches we partner with, do have beautiful swimming pools. Pool access is included with the beach package (all inclusive).
  • If you book a board option with beach service included, you do not have to worry about reserving your place on the beach: we will take care of it! Hotel Commodore partners with Playa del Sol, the No. 1 beach establishment in Riccione on Tripadvisor. There you can see a map showing the area reserved for our guests and all beach services, as well as La Spiaggia del Cuore, the wellness beach also licensed to welcome small four-legged friends (with health record). The booking is made directly by us and covers the period from the day of arrival to the day before departure, unless otherwise requested by the guest. A supplement is required for umbrellas in the first rows.
Check-in and check-out. What time can I access the room? What time must it be vacated on departure day?

Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, it must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can unload your luggage and leave it at the hotel, change in the service bathroom in the lobby and enjoy the beach, which can be accessed from the morning.

Wi-Fi service. Is Wi-Fi available at Hotel Commodore?

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel, after registering from your device.

Restaurant service and cuisine for coeliacs and guests with intolerances. What are the restaurant hours? How is the service organised? What if I have special dietary requirements?

Our wonderful Sky Restaurant on the 5th floor serves meals at the following times: Breakfast 7:30-10:00 a.m., Lunch: from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Dinner: from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Full board starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Breakfast is buffet style. Lunch and dinner are also buffet style, but for those who prefer, table service is always available.
For guests with dietary issues related to coeliac disease or intolerances, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can make sure everything is available. Please remember, however, that we are not certified and do not have a separate kitchen.
